Assignment Description
Support the TA function in all aspects to ensure timely, proactive recruitment activities and efficiencies are met. Support initiatives for continuous improvements and system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all candidate experience and engagement
•Schedule interviews for employees and campus
•Troubleshoot candidate applications and respond to all candidate inquires
•Manage employee referral program
•Assist in customization of job postings and Post roles internally and externally with management of job boards
•Manage all background checks and vendors
•Execution of recruitment tools such as vidcruiter (Glassdoor, Linkedin, Indeed etc.)
•Support contractor conversions
•Support campus recruiting in interviewing and extending offers
•Create and foster a high caliber, best in class candidate experience
•Understand and execute administration of recruitment needs
•Support Talent acquisition events inclusive of Campus
•Support system enhancements and data integrity
•Assist with sourcing and attraction execution
•Maintain TA documentation

Qualifications Required
- 3 – 4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Ability to be tactful, foster a collaborative and ethical recruitment process
- Ability to quickly develop strong relationships with hiring leaders and candidates
- Ability to respond quickly to frequent changes in priorities
- Data integrity and data interpretation
- Excellent time management, organization and prioritization
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Minimum 1 year of interviewing experience
- Oil and Gas industry experience an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
